Everything was perfect, so were great views of Kashmir valley. The food was good and there were a great selection of dishes in the menu. The hotel's location was prime and convenient in Bhurbhan valley. Had a good stay here during our holiday.
Their staff were highly unprofessional.

Friendly staff 👍, the family room with a nice view from the rooftop was great. the room was super cozy and had a coffee maker and fridge, which was convenient.

It was in a good location in the middle of jackson. The room was tidy and reasonably large, excellant views of the roof top.

The double room I stayed in was spacious with a sofa bed. Shower facilities, bath sheets, and slippers were a plus. the location was marvelous - really close to the hill, the main areas and Bhurban valley.

A wide range of food for breakfast, which was amazing to satisfy everyone. We loved neat and large room with valley view and affable staff. We walked everywhere, the location was nice and unbeatable, in the middle of jackson.
